I got a from italk on the 20th November 2024 and I app**** for a nova 12 contract phone after 2days dsv driver came to deliver unfortunately my id couldn't scan so the phone went back to mtn.after 2werks I got a new id and called mtn I was told I took a sim only and I owe 2k since from that December 2024 I have been calling emailing Italk they have promising that they will pay the bill until today I haven't got help please assist me where can I report this
