Zero Support and Terrible internet

Since their takeover of my current service provider COMX their service is non existent. Contact support to say my internet keeps dropping takes 4 working days to try login to my router discovers its an area issue and a further 6 days with no feedback. I honestly have not dealt with such intern level support in my life and to match the wifi feels like it snow***** on peak times please do yourself a favor and find any other service provider these guys are not worth a cent.
