Terrible Service and Unresolved Issues for Over a Year

I am deeply disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) from Huge TNS. Our phones have been non-functional since May last year. During this time, we have been unable to make or receive calls, yet Huge Telecoms continues to bill us monthly for the rental of equipment that is essentially useless.

Despite numerous promises from their team to resolve the issue, nothing has been done. On the rare occasion someone was finally sent out, the technician identified an issue with the cables that needed fixing but never returned to complete the job.

This level of service is unacceptable. Huge TNS needs to take responsibility for their lack of action, stop billing us for a service they’re clearly not providing, and resolve this issue urgently.
