Support Services are Bad
Our livelihoods depend on uninterrupted services. But loving in Paarl and using Huge has been the worst decision. Their support services are poor and the rarely have anyone afgerhours.
I phoned support and after waiting 23mins on hold, someone answered; asked me where I'm calling from and hung up when they heard who I was.
The most expensive ISP in the country with the worst service. Probably just the standard in South Africa
