Stay far away from HUGE TNS

These guys changed their name from Huge Telecom to Huge TNS, but nothing else has changed. Trying to cancel my line but they completely ignore me. Had this before. Stay far away from this company.

I doubt you will contact me. At least I have it publically now that I have been trying to cancel this line for 3 weeks.

How does no one in your organisation read an email? It's beyond comprehension.
