Possibly the Worse Service Provider

We have been with this company unwilling for the last 5 years. Our current service provider subcontracted our telephone and internet to Huge. We've had ongoing issues with call and inter quality and the service from Huge to improve this has been nothing but appalling. There is continual blame shifting and no solutions presented. We are now 3 days without internet and a simple sim swap promised yesterday, has still not been delivered. We wear of these guys, all promises but no follow through.
