My Resolved issues

After I sent my previous review on this platform, I was immediately contacted by the director who personally looked into my matter. The agent (Kimberly) who handled my case was in constant communication with me providing updates on the progress of resolving the issue. Ultimately bulk sms and add on line were fixed and are operational allowing my Business to function optimally.

Although I'm pleased I was eventually assisted I think it should not reach a point where a customer must write bad reviews to resolve issues. I trust in future they will attend to matters promptly. I think it fair I write a balanced review as I will continue to use their service however should I experience similar bad experience I will surely take my business elsewhere.
