Huge Telocom

After binding myself into a contract with Huge Telecom and receiving a "Telkom" port reference I was all exited that loadshedding will not interfere with phone calls, only to find out that the Telkom number is not portable. eventually Huge gave me an alternative number, I have been trying to cancel the contract since it is pointless having more expenses and made several calls to Huge as well as emails, but get the same response every time: "it has been escalated" if cancelled, I have to pay the remainder of the contract for something useless to me
