**A Cautionary Tale with HUGE TNS – Disappointing Service and Unfulfilled Promises**

I regret to inform potential clients and partners about my exceedingly poor experience with HUGE TNS. After they took over my account, the quality of service drastically deteriorated. The speed of the fiber connection dropped significantly, forcing me to overhaul how I operate and make extensive provisions. This adjustment process was neither quick nor easy, dragging on for over five months.

Throughout this period, I engaged in multiple discussions with their team, where it was eventually confirmed that I would be compensated for the subpar service that failed to meet our agreed terms. However, after I stopped payments to resolve these issues, HUGE TNS reneged on their promise of compensation.

This ordeal is not an isolated incident; prior to this, I faced numerous issues with connectivity and a lack of support from their service team. Yet, when it comes to payments, they are unyieldingly rigid and demand every cent owed.

I strongly advise any developer or Homeowners' Association (HOA) considering HUGE TNS for their services to reconsider and look elsewhere. Based on my experience, you will not find the partnership or support you need.
