Poor customer service in that they give the incorrect details when quering about a product and the when requesting a refund they turn around ans say it is cuatomers fault.

Thank you for the review. Based on your review, it seems though you left out key information as to why we refused to provide you with a refund.
The reason we did not provide you with a refund was due to the lack of communication on your side in processing the cancellation as instructed.
