Server hung for days, support wouldn't dig deeper
I hosted a gaming server with iveCloud that went down and never came back — every boot attempt hung indefinitely with no crash, no error, and no explanation. I ruled out everything on my end (reinstalls, fresh files, rebuilt configs) and even tested a second, separate server on a different IP, which failed in the exact same way, pointing at a problem on their network. Support checked the basics, found nothing, and declined to investigate further despite the evidence. I moved my server elsewhere and it's worked flawlessly since — wouldn't recommend iveCloud for anything you need to actually stay running.
