Best hosting cpmany I ever dealt with!

I can truly recommend iveCloud as one of the best hosting companies which I ever dealt with.

Being a business owner for over 20 years, I have never had the pleasure of working with such a professional, dedicated and knowledgeable web company.

Their attention to detail in solving problems is phenomenal, first line support agents talk you through every step of the way via live chat as they find and resolve your issues with detailed explanations throughout the process.

iveCloud has also been my go-to company for hosting advise and suggestions when and if I needed to add special solutions to my websites over the years.

In the 4 years of hosting multiple websites with them, there has only been 3 issues which they assisted me with and it was NOT even related to their hosting! The issues were outdated plugins and a captcha error. Though they did inform me that the issues were outside of their support criteria, the agents still assisted me to resolve the issue.

In closing, a HUGE shoutout to Eugene Viljoen,Theo Goosen & Kobus Swanepool for always attending to my every enquiry however simply or stupid they may have been.
