"Zero to Hero" in under 7 days

Had fantastic Service from Sheruna Gaffoor over the last week. I logged my application with Home Connect On Sunday 09/09/2018 .

I received feedback that it would take 2-4 weeks for the fibre provder to install/activate the fibre line and then Home Connect would deliver the modem to me.

I called Sheruna and explained that the previous owners had fibre previously so there must be a line installed, sent through the relevant pics of the ONT and she facilitated the rest so that the modem was delivered by Friday, 14/09/2018.

Total time from application to being online was less than 7 days, Superb Turnaround time and fantastic service. Highly appreciate all your efforts Sheruna, Thank you very much.
