Zero service delivery

They provide the most unreliable fibre. I’ve only had less than 1 week of internet in about a month. They have no accountability as to what causes the issues and choose to blame others for their lack of service delivery. They hardly call back after requesting it. Promises get made to personally resolve issues, but that’s just a waste of time.

Don’t waste your time with Home Connect, rather find a more reputable company. I wish I had other options in my area
