I app**** for fibre, after that was done I absolutely got no response regarding when its going to happen. Its no use to log tickets with Home-connect, I've logged two and there is no response.

27 Mar 2018, 20:35Hi, I sent an email which was not rep**** to. If this is the trend to not respond to email or online tickets, then I would suggest to cancel my subscription before I have headaches with you later on.
Still ZERO RESPONSE to enquiries, only response is from Hello Peter side and that is not going to work for either of us.
Please proceed with cancelation.
