Zero regard for customer service & ********* business practises

You don't take us seriously. No wifi since Monday and you don't see this as an urgent issue that you need to resolve. There's still no update as to how far you are with fixing the outage issue. But how will you send an update when you haven't done any work. I'm busy incurring extra data charges that time I have already paid for the Wifi. I would understand if you were going to refund me but you won't. Do your damn jobs and stop taking us for fools. You are an ********* company that has no regard for customer service. The only thing you are good for is taking our money and not rendering the services to us. If you dare remove this review without fixing the issue I will be posting more reviews here and twitter too.
