Zero customer support when there are issues

Absolutely horrible customer service.

My internet connection has been out most of the day. Can't call them because the phone lines are down. I can't log into my customer support portal to log tickets there because its down. The WhatsApp chat service connects me to a support agent who just sends copy-pasted responses which provide no help on the outage. They also take hours to respond.

Terrible service and I plan on moving to another provider
