I would like to appreciate the service I received today.I have been struggling with wifi reconnection for more than a week and I had spoken to 2 people already but did not get help,until I spoke to this wonderful lady.She is so efficient .She ensured that she updated me on each step she took until my issue was resolved.I am indeed a happy client after almost giving up.
