Your Consultant REA was fine

Your Consultant REA was fine. But my overall experience with Homeconnect lately have been degrading. You guys were amazing and made sure I would use you where ever I go but lateyly this is not the case. HomeConnect lacks what they use to have with regards to getting back to customers, and responding to tickets. They never phone when promised and ealimg with them lately has been a bit of a irritation. Pick it up home Connect. Get back to where you use to be please.
