You still are clueless
Home Connect really has no idea what they are doing. They made some of my websites work while breaking others in the process. I am so glad I cancelled my contract with these clowns.

As for the ‘websites breaking’ it would be appreciated if you could engage with us to assist you and give us examples of such sites you can not reach using our FTTH network.
Home-Connect does not limit , shape or restrict access to any websites over the internet. Our support are looking into your query and have escalated this to our senior technical engineers to check .
If you may work with us to identify the root caused to why you are experiencing this problem before you cancelling it will be appreciated .
