Yet another complaint about Home-Connect and their network issues

Yet another complaint about Home-Connect and their network issues. So they happy to debt your account every month but when you call in for support because of extreme lagging on a 50/50 package which is above average, you would expect better service right?? No! Not even an attempt to login and get an accurate diagnose on what could possibly be the issue and work from there. It’s too much for them to do that I was rather told that there are too many people on the same channel and I will experience a lot of lagging/buffering and there’s nothing they can do. I am not getting this service for free I am a paying client but they don’t seem fazed in the slightest. I will be considering changing my SP. Very disappointed in the service 👎🏼👎🏼
