YASTHEEL NAICKER FROM HOME-CONNECT

Just had an interaction with Yastheel Naicker in sorting out a problem in the connection of the fibre network. As a 70 year old gentleman with limited knowledge of electronics and computers Yastheel accorded me absolute respect in literally holding me by the hand and resolving the issue whilst getting it working eventually. As a senior person I don't get that type of treatment very often and easily.
