Worst Service Provider ever

Wifi down since last night. No communication from SP, like usual. Logged call- hours later and still no feedback. I live in a complex and all tennants are getting updates from their SPs - only this SP that don’t care about their customers. I complaint last time- still no improvement in their service. This must be the worst SP in the industry.
