Worst service provider ever

Home connect has the worst customer service ever i have reported an incident Jan 2023 whereas the conncetion is not stable i loose connection frequent all day every day they send out their people just to come change rooter and since then could not solve my problem till to date May 2023 they are quick to deduct your money but when we have problems they cannot solve our issues worst service providera ever since Jan to day May sh*tty connection yet paying in full every month for *** service!
