Worst Service Provider

I have requested for downgrade over a month ago and that has not been actioned, the cancellation I requested and they begged me to keep them as the ISP now being approved. getting hold of them is a mission.

Vumatel upgraded the lines for free and they did not bother making the changes

and they go and debit on the date we never agreed on. By the way they also called me and asked me to remove my hellopeter review.....they know the are the worst and have no intention of changing
