Worst Service ever just a bunch of vultures for money

Pathetic ISP totally shocked in the manner my issue is addressed. Due to financial reasons ran arrears tried to contact there accounts team no direct number or option on IVR. Left numerous messages for callbacks non... then eventually set up a payment arrangement was promised services wont be cancelled well guess what it got cancelled a day later. And now a letter of demand 5 years being a loyal customer referred so many people an this is the manner you help people trying to find there feet after covid hit them financially TOTALLY DISGUSTING service and will be taking this also to the media.
