Worst service ever

I am without internet connection since saturday I paid my account but I cant connect. Had an issue in September where vumatel or hoime connect disconneted my line in the middle of the month which inconvenienced me as I had to buy additional data because of this. Now I am having the same issue yet again no connection since saturday till today is best I get refund back my 400 and and I will look for another service provider I have this issue for the second month now. I cant stand this I am working from home such a pathetic service I am receiving.
