Worst service ever

I am without connection since yersteday no communication nothing. I am oaying fot thid service but yet again I cant connect. I want my service back and you must add the lost hours. You are not a reliable service thjs is for the 6th time Ihabe had internet issues if my account is not blocked then it is internet issues Iam drained
