WORST SERVICE. DO NOT GET HOME-CONNECT

WORST SERVICE EVER. DO NOT USE HOME CONNECT EVER. Worst Service ever. I got one of your sales consultants to assist me in getting the connection. i was informed first that i will assisted in the connection however that didnt happen. i had to call and et assistance and now; their system does not work. all i get is we working on it and you will be connected in an hour. and they seem to be unconcerned despite my numerous emails and constant calling.
