Worst service and billing process

Worst service. Debited R1787 instead of R388 and now refund will take 10 to 14 working days. That’s my transport money!!! You are wrong. The router was paid for in cash when collecting at your office and we gave you all the proof you need. Your service was poor from onset with payments needed even before approval.
