Worst service 2 days now without internet and not a single tech knows what they are doing

Worst service 2 days now without internet and not a single tech knows what they are doing. Worst is I do the same job for a living yet they lie and think people are stupid. Their fix leave everything unplugged for 12 hours ,might just try that with my cars next service seeing that things fix itself overnight....
