Worst ISP so far
i have not even signed up with home connect yet and i am having endless issues. I logged in to the portal to see the status of my application, only to find out it has been cancelled. I was not informed of this by anybody, so I would have waited to be connected on 1 October only to find out that I will not be connected due to my application being cancelled. I have sent numerous emails 1 reply and still not sorted. I have tried calling them, no answer or the line just disconnects.
I recommend staying away from this ISP if they treat new/potential clients this way how much worse is it when you have eventually signed up

01 Oct 2023, 15:48Now im sitting without internet after arranging activation and getting everything in place more than a month ago, and no support available. Stay away from this **** service provider, you will regret signing up with them like I am now. Save yourself the hassle and frustration. Nobody available to assist but you can be sure they are available and always ready to take your money and cut you off if its not on time, but they handle you and your issues they way they want and on their own time.
