Worst ISP ever!

Worst ISP ever! If I could I would cancel immediately, Two weeks now and no customer service help, even after a message one week later stating that a service agent would call. Unstable connections, between 3 and 7Mbps max speed on a 30Mbps line. RIDICULOUS!!!
