WORST ISP EVER!

Home Connect is honestly the worst, when you log a complaint or ticket, no one gets back to you. One has to call them to get a problem fixed, but the fix is temporary. Which means you have to start the process again. When you want to cancel they tell you about the 30 day cancellation period (normal) then the call centre agents offer the early line release. When I requested the early line release, a guy by the name of Mpho said those agents were talking nonsense there’s no such thing. He then promised that he’ll fix my connection problems, and offer great service moving forward, no such thing was offered. Instead I have been without internet since 29 November until now!
