WORST ISP EVER!

Every month I get a new charge on my account without any explanation. When they are questioned about these erroneous charges - something that I never agreed to, an amount that was never communicated in advance and even when they accept that the reason for the charges are due to their internal processes -- they move the cost to YOU THE POOR CUSTOMER.
