Worst ISP

Sins March 2023 I have been paying HomeConnect to deliver 150/150 Mbps internet to my home. This service was offered by HomeConnect for they discontinued the 100/100 Mbps option in my aria. Sins the “upgrade” of this service HomeConnect have not delivered. They gladly take my money – paying for a service not provided. I never had internet in access of 100 Mbps. For the last 6 weeks I made all everts to resolve the situation. No amount of calls, tickets lodged or emails seemed to have any reaction from HomeConnect. HomeConnect does not even respond to any of my emails. HomeConnect is incapable of resolving connection issues – hopeless in providing technical support to there clients and even worst in communication feedback to clients.
