ONT "activated" weeks ago but still zero internet. Support ignores emails and only calls back after you log 10+ callback requests — and even then only after 4pm, just to say "everyone's offline, we'll update tomorrow." Nobody ever calls back. No line-restoration timeline given, ever. You only get a response if you flood them with call back requests.
