Seriously need to get home "agents" on your phones and whatsapp lines. Calls waiting for 25min with no answer, Whatsapps waiting hours with no answers. In the past 12 months Home-Connect has really turned a corner for the worse. Sort yourselves out or get ready to lose a long time customer.
