Worst Customer Service ever

Am coming back again for probably my last review, I am very disappointed and literally angry with Home-connect pathetic service am approaching 2 months of a fully paid internet package that I haven't used a single Mbps and no one seems to be taking responsibility what's worse is that it's almost costing me my job. I wonder what in earth did I do to have to deal with Zoom fibre and Home-connect. Am urging the public in Orange Farm to please be careful of these ****mers. You don't want to go through what am going. it's emotionally draining!
