WORSE SERVICE PROVIDER EVER

Struggling for 3 days to cancel my internet service with Home Connect. The client portal "Cancellation" option does not work. The SMS option - no sms received with service application number. The WhatsApp otion - no whatsapp received with service application number.

This is the very reason I am cancelling my service with Home Connect, there is just NO CUSOMER SERVICE.
