Whenever I call Home-Connect I receive the friendliest consultants who are very helpful. The 2 instances where I logged a ticket when the internet was down, the issue was resolved within 5 hours even though they tell you the turnaround time is between 24 to working 72 hours. Aya was extra helpful and friendly.
