When the communication companies can't communicate or provide a service they get paid to

Absolutely pathetic! Sloppy service. Wifi down since Sunday all I keep hearing is I will logg a ticket going on 6days without wifi. But I paid. The communication company doesn't know how to communicate or keep lines of communication open. Consultants doesn't understand what they doing. Who is going to refund me for the 6days I had no service. Vumatel is just as pathetic they can't even remember to call you back. 3tickets are logged with them for what? Searching for a new ISP honestly and mine you same story every 2nd months for at least 2months in succession.
