Whats happend to Home-Connect?

I am sadly very disappointed in home connect :(

Their support over the last month has been terrible and even dealing with management (Mfundo) I still feel forgotten.

From their new system to their increases and now the support... I am afraid that I may need to leave them after 3 years of good work and support.
