Terrible customer service, having to do speed test on their behalf, high levels of **************, incompetence, lack of computer skills, lack of understanding website programming (which is html language), lack of general IT solutions and oh its only rival is the carnival city circus. None of my equipment has any faults the issue is that company needs some with good IT technical knowledge.
