We have a good relationship with home connect. They keep us informed about everything. Our fibre line was installed last week. We are struggling to get the line speed where it should be. One of their consultants called me and the call dropped. She didn't call back. I had to submit a query again and our consultant was great. He tried to help and when the call dropped he called back immediately. We appreciate this service. His name is Phumelela Buthelezi. And he is still trying to assist with our line speed. Home connect need more consultants like him
