We app**** on 4 July.. Have had numerous issues, today the 20th the router was finally delivered after a few escalations were put out to frogfoot.. We are older folk and have little knowledge of technical things. I had to call home connect.. They called back Asanda was excellent in helping me. I still couldn't find our wifi on available networks.. I sent another whatsapp.. Prudence called me.. She is extremely helpful and we managed to resolve the issue Now our lap top cannot pick up the wifi.. I have asked for more help.I received a link to download the diagnostic app.This unfortunately is no good to me.. I sent another whatsapp.And am waiting for a technician to call me.. 4 hours to set this up?? It's not as easy as it seems.. We are disappointed.
