Vox and Home Connect

Hi there

I have a complaint, we have fibre installed by Vumatel and the service provider is home connect. This is the second time when they send someone to work on the box outside the house and now the connection isnt working, why do they send people to work on a Sunday and then they have the nerve to not assist with a complaint because it is outside office hours, why send someone to work on the box outside office hours and nobody phoned this person to work on that box, I want my connection restored and for Vumatel or Home Connect to give answers why they are doing this, very unprofessional to say the least, not a happy customer.
