Very very bad service a **** this one

Oh what a **** these people are, so I had opt to have an LTE sim deal with them but no sim was ever delivered to me or ever collected then I spoke to one of their agents cancelling the service then they told me it would be cancelled moments later agents calling me to offer me a router because their sim works with a particular one so now I told them still I’m not interested and now I am getting emails that my service is suspended due to none payment so I should pay something I have never used? And something I have said on numerous occasions that I want cancelled? Home connect please do not **** me like that
