Very poor service from Home Connect

Do not do business with Home Connect. I gave them a calendar month's notice on the 1st of August and now they refuse to release my line until end of September. I pay for a 400 up and 400 down line but I only receive between 70 and 90 speed. Their internet is throttled - that means that you don't get what you pay for - you get whatever internet is available because they oversell. I am moving to Vox because they guarantee unthrottled service. I have had endless problems with Home Connect. Definitely NOT worth it! Do NOT do business with this ISP!
