Very impressed with service

From the very start the staff was very efficient and extremely helpful with my application. I completed the forms online and was told it could take up to a week or more. One day into waiting period I called their offices and was helped by a great team that bent over backwards to make sure that I was up and running that very same day. Sheruna organised a router for me immediately and I rushed to their offices to collect it. She knew I had "snuck out" of office to fetch router and she literally ran out to give it to me the minute I arrived. She let me know everything that she would need from me to be activated immediately and I rushed home to sort things out quickly before they closed for the weekend. By the time I got home in traffic she had already sent all the requests to the service team and I was activated. The service team called me immediately and catered to my availability and called me back around 8pm to set up my router. Every time I called it seemed like everyone addressed me by name and was aware of my entire process so never had to repeat myself. I get constant sms's if there are connection problems and the help department is even available on weekends. I have had a connection problem during the weekend and I was up and running within an hour. I am very impressed with the service I have received thus far.
